Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We ship all orders via Fastway or Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking number at the time of shipment.

Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery.

We endeavour to ship orders same day before 8pm Monday to Friday. If there are any delays we will contact you immediately.

 

Shipping Rates

The purchase of a single bottle (1) will incur a shipping fee of $12 anywhere in Australia

The purchase of two bottles (2) will incur a shipping fee of $6 anywhere in Australia

The purchase of three or more bottles (3+) will qualify for free shipping anywhere in Australia

Shipping Internationally

We currently do not offer International shipping from our website, however please get in contact with us at hello@okwines.com.au and we shall do our best to help you out.

 

Returns

Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for any major failure of a product. You are also entitled to a replacement If the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. 

If you receive a damaged product or you feel it is faulty, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee please get in contact with us via email with your proof of purchase at hello@okwines.com.au and we will happily organise a replacement/refund for you.
